This Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on Pabani (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 7 business days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
• Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is provided
• Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or product nature. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement
• Exchange
• Refund

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
• Items returned outside the stated return window
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 7 business days after approval
• Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are BORNE BY PABANI, unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
