• We currently deliver within Nigeria only.
• Delivery availability is subject to courier coverage at checkout

• Lagos- 48 hours
• Rest Cities- 5 to 7 business days

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Events beyond our control

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on LOCATION & WEIGHT
• Any additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

• You will receive tracking details via EMAIL / WHATSAPP.
• Tracking availability depends on the courier used

Delivery Responsibility

• Ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in additional delivery charges

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address or handed over to the courier (where applicable).
