    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of Pabani (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

    About Pabani

    Pabani is an online store offering premium men’s apparel for customers in Nigeria. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Duru Tara Pvt Ltd (the business operating this Site). References to “you” mean the user/customer.

    Eligibility

    You must be 18 years or older (or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian) to place an order.

    • If you create an account, you agree to:

    • Keep your login details secure
    • Accept responsibility for activity under your account
    • We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or inaccurate information.
    Orders & acceptance
    • Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.
    • An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation / dispatch confirmation from us.
    • We may cancel/refuse orders (for example: stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.
    Pricing & availability
    • Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
    • Prices, stock availability, and promotions may change without notice.
    • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you (even if you received an order confirmation).
    Payments

    We accept payment via the options displayed at checkout (e.g., card/bank transfer/other gateways enabled on the Site).

    We are not responsible for losses caused by:

    • Bank/processor declines
    • Incorrect details entered during payment
    • Limits set by your bank or payment provider
    Delivery (Nigeria)
    • We deliver within Nigeria to locations supported at checkout.
    • Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
    • Please ensure your delivery details (address, phone number) are correct.
    • Delays or extra delivery costs due to incorrect details may be charged to you.
    Risk & ownership

    Risk transfers to you once the order is delivered to your address (or collected, if pickup is offered).
    Ownership transfers to you once full payment is received.

    Returns, exchanges & refunds
    • Our Returns Policy explains how returns/exchanges work and is considered part of these Terms.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags/packaging (unless defective or incorrect).
    • For hygiene reasons, some items may be non-returnable (if stated on the product page).
      If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

    Product information & colour differences

    We aim to display products accurately, but:

    • Colours may vary based on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
    • Minor variations in texture/finish can occur (especially across fabric batches).
